| No deposit applies to most reservations. Will take 10% deposit for long term reservations. If cancelled, will keep $25.00 for administration fees. Cancellation is 3 days prior to arrival on short term and 7 days on long term. No minimum night stays except for certain week-ends and for certain rooms. Check availability on web site to see if a Sat. is free. Discount to seniors, singles AAA and CAA members. |
