This home has numerous lovely indoor and outdoor seating areas for relaxation, comfort, and romance. Our home has air conditioning, fireplaces and TVs in rooms, ensuite/private baths, and a separate living room for guest use. We are pleased to host weddings in our home or garden.
Historic/Heritage Details: This 1877 Victorian home was one of the original homes to be built in this section of Niagara Falls. It is situated on a half-acre of land that lies in the heart of the original land tract.

Swimming Pool or Hot Tub: Swimming Pool. Fairbanks House has one Jacuzzi Ensuite; Our sister Home Ellis House has four (4) Jacuzzi Ensuite rooms.

Conditions
|
A two-week cancellation policy is in effect throughout the year. If guests must cancel later than two weeks prior to their stay, they will be charged for one night's stay.
On long weekends, we require a minimum two-night stay.
Guests are asked to remove outdoor shoes at the front door. They are encouraged to bring indoor slippers or shoes to wear while they are in the home. We also supply slippers that are washed after each use.

Check In/Out Conditions: Guests are asked to provide a tentative arrival time. If they will arrive significantly earlier or later than that time, they are asked to call and inform us.
