Ready for an Adventure? Northern Ontario's Sunset Country is a wondrous land of 100,000 lakes, 60,000 square miles of boreal forest and a wilderness landscape with few rivals in North America. It is a place to fish for muskie, northern pike, walleye, smallmouth bass and lake trout. A land where the majestic moose roams the forest and bald eagles soar overhead.

The City of Kenora offers an unparalled quality of life located in the midst of a pristine wilderness environment. Lake of the Woods is what makes the City of Kenora one of the largest and most popular vacation destinations in central Canada.

Dryden has lakes, trails, beaches and parks all around this small, serene community. Visitors can sample a wide range of activities and annual celebrations; such as, golfing, skiing, Canada Day, and Native Pow Wows.

Fort Frances, or the "Fort" as it is commonly known, is the largest town of the Rainy River District, and one of Canada's major tourist entry points. Situated on the shores of Rainy Lake and the Rainy River, the "Fort" is a prosperous community of approximately 9,000 people across the international bridge from its sister city, International Falls, Minnesota.
