Booking Conditions

| We request a deposit of $50 per room per night at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 14 days prior to the reservation date (minus a $10 processing fee). This deposit is also refundable within the 14 days(-$10), if we can re-book the room. Total payment is charged if you cancel within 48 hours of the reservation date, if we cannot re-book the room. A $10 surcharge is applied for single night stays. |
