MINIMUM STAY FOR EACH ROOM:
July, August, September, October: 2 night stay anytime
BOOKING DEPOSIT and GST: Rooms are held with a good faith deposit of one room night (per room), paid at the time of booking. 7% GST is additional. For this very Canadian tax, we provide receipts to out-of-country visitors.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Notice of at least 14 days is required for a refund of your deposit minus a $25 (Canadian) handling fee per room.
If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, the entire balance is due and will be charged unless the room is rebooked. We do our best to rebook rooms, but it is not always possible with short notice.
In booking with us you are agreeing to the terms of the cancellation policy described here.
HOLDS: Non-confirmed bookings made online ("holds") are honoured for 2 days. If you have not confirmed your interest by the 2nd day, the hold will be cancelled. |

Check In/Out Conditions: CHECK-IN: 4 - 6 p.m. except by special arrangement. Rooms are not available before 3 p.m.
CHECK-OUT: 11 a.m., firm. We are flattered that the occasional guest would prefer not to leave on the day of departure. We do understand! However, cleaning staff arrives at 11 a.m. Therefore we reserve the right to charge guests who linger after 11:30 a.m. one extra room night, unless we have made special arrangements at the time of your booking. |
