Booking Conditions

| A $50.00 deposit on booking. The balance will be automatically processed to your credit card two weeks prior to your visit. A full deposit will be refunded if your reservation needs to be cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival day. A Deposit will be refunded (less a $25 administration fee) if the rooms are cancelled less than 14 days and we are able to resell them. If we are unable to secure a new booking for your reserved dates, a credit cannot be issued. |

Check In/Out Conditions: Check in time - 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.. Other arrival times may be arranged by contacting us in advance. Please check-in as soon as you arrive in Niagara-on-the-Lake and if your room is ready you can settle in and if your room is not ready you can drop off your luggage and we can give you your keys. |
