Our home is a meticulously kept two story Georgian style with grand suites each with its own sitting area, TV, bar fridge, coffee and tea service,private ensuite bath, balcony and private entrance to come and go as you please. The solar heated pool is nestled among breathtaking gardens which offer complete seclusion for sun bathing or just relaxing. We offer bikes with locks and lights to guests at no charge and the Niagara paved recreation trail is just one block from us. We have it all.Setting, tranquility, ambiance, hospitality,amenties and gourmet breakfasts and we are close to theatres, shops ,wineries as well as the bike path.We boast over 80% return guests each season.

Wake to the smell of fresh baking and hot entres!!We serve gourmet breakfast by the pool when possible ,with juices, fruit dishes, fabulous hot entres, two types of homemade ,fresh from the oven from scratch ,baking as well as homemade jams and jellies and coffee or tea to suit you.
Area and Landmark: Niagara-on-the-Lake, Cenotaph (Clock Tower).
Travel Time to Landmark: 15-20 minute walk, 4-5 minute drive.

Adult Oriented: Yes. Our swimming pool is not fenced off from the house and deck so strict supervision is necessary.
Smoking: No. Ashtrays are provided on both front and back balconies.

Swimming Pool or Hot Tub: Gourmet breakfast is served daily poolside. Pool available to guests but we ask that guests respect safety regulations and also refrain from usage when the owners are not present.

| We ask for seventy-two hour notification of cancellation prior to arrival time to avoid possible room charge. In cases of less notification no charge will be made if the room is rebooked.For cancellations call 905-468-4327 any time. |
