A Great Room for guests
Upon entering, furnishings rich in texture and an eclectic collection of artwork and artifacts from around the world echo the beauty and elegant simplicity of Globetrotters B&B. The Great Room is the perfect place to daydream, curl up with a novel beside the fireplace, listen to your favourite music CD, enjoy each other's company or watch your favourite program on satellite TV.
The Globetrotters Library
Warmth and comfort envelop you in this sanctuary filled with books and magazines that spark a traveller's imagination. This private nook is a favourite among guests who wish to spend time reading up on the news of the day over a fresh cup of coffee or tea or planning their next trip to some far corner of the world. There is also a computer onsite if you need to access the Internet or e-mails.
For the comfort of other guests, we do not accept children under the age of six unless all rooms are booked by family members or a group of friends travelling together. A maximum of eight guests can be accommodated on any single night.
A minimum two-night stay applies to all weekend bookings between May 15 and October 31 and to all holiday weekends year-round. OCCASIONALLY, HOWEVER, BECAUSE OF GUEST BOOKING PATTERNS, SINGLE WEEKEND NIGHT STAYS ARE POSSIBLE, SO PLEASE CHECK WITH US TO SEE IF A SINGLE NIGHT BOOKING IS AVAILABLE.
All rates are subject to 5% GST and apply regardless of age.

Delicious full breakfasts are served daily in our bright breakfast room where you are surrounded by artwork or, if you prefer and weather permitting, outside on our covered veranda overlooking our private garden.
It all begins a continental plate of seasonal fresh fruits from around the world and yoghurt, home-baked croissants and your favourite cereal, all served with fresh juice and tea or coffee. Be sure to save room to enjoy Fernando's artistically presented hot breakfast entrée of the day.
With more than 15 years of international experience in the hotel and cruise industry to his credit, Fernando prepares dishes that delight all your senses. Be sure to bring a hearty appetite — and your camera — to breakfast.

Adult Oriented: Yes. Person booking a room must be 21 years of age and must have a credit card to hold the reservation. Up to four occupants may share Le Moulin Rouge or Sultan's Tent guest rooms.

The Crystal Palace cannot accommodate more than two persons at any time.

Our normal booking policy requires the use of a credit card to secure your reservation. Should you have to cancel, we request at least 5 days’ notice. If you cancel with less than 5 days’ notice, we will do our best to rebook the room(s), but if we are unable to do so, a charge equal to one night’s stay will be applied on each room cancelled. |

Check In/Out Conditions: Check-in time is after 2 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m. If you plan to arrive later than 5 p.m., please call us toll-free to let us know so we can plan accordingly. Otherwise, we will assume you will arrive between 2 and 5 pm.
Unfortunately, absolutely no check-out extensions can be provided from May 15 through October 31. However, we can store your bags and bikes for you. |

5% Government Sales Tax (GST) applies to all rates. This tax will increase to 13% on all bookings effective July 1, 2010.
