Bedrooms access a large balcony overlooking our private, parklike setting and are equipped with cable TV, DVD and wireless internet. Coffee maker/teas etc & refrigerator located in guest area.

Booking Conditions
|
A deposit of $50 per room per night is required payable by visa, mastercard or cheque (within 7 days). Unless otherwise requested the deposit will be charged to the credit card provided. Deposits will be refunded (less $25 accounting fee) if notification of cancellation is received 14 days prior to date of arrival. No shows, or cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, will be charged full rate, unless the room can be re-booked. Weekends have a minimum 2 night stay. Call to enquire about single Saturday night bookings.
TAXES: Please note that at the present time room rates are plus 5% tax. However, tax legislation is slated to come into effect on July 1st, 2010 and may effect any reservation not paid in full by that date.
