Children cannot disturb other guests because there are none, nor the hosts because they are some distance away!

Deposit/Cancellation Policy: Deposit of $50.00 per room, per night.(Charged to a credit card or cheque please) Deposit returned if cancellation is made 7 days prior to first booked date, less $10.00 handling fee.
Deposit not returned if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to first booked date, unless the room is rebooked. Any costs incurred in reletting the room (eg. commissions) will be charged. Total payment is due if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date, unless the room is rebooked. Phone 905 468 0088 to cancel and ask for a cancellation number. 2 night stay required weekends in busy season. We recommend guests take out trip insurance from "coverme.com" 1800-268-3763 to cover any cancellation costs incurred through health or family problems. |
