The Griffin House is truly the essence of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Built in 1833, this treasure has been lovingly cared for and tastefully decorated by it's new owners. This two storey home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street overlooking a pretty park, your "home away from home" is only .8 km from the center of town. Walk to the Shaw, Lake Ontario, golf, restaurants, and shopping.
Historic/Heritage Details: The original house was built circa 1833 and was located in the center of town near city hall. In 1982 it was moved to it's present location across the street from this lovely park on Nassau Street.

Breakfast Provided: None. Cottage has a new, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware. The large deck has a gas grill.

Booking Conditions
|
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Full refund if cancelled with 14 days notice. For cancellations within the 14-day period prior to your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night unless we are able to rebook all the nights reserved. For cancellations within 3 days of arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay, unless we are able to book all the nights reserved.
Please note that we are smoke-free and pet-free.
Minimum 3 day booking required.
