We just love having you over and offer you warm hearted hospitality As you walk in you are cosseted with the feeling of "home",we do it without being overly intrusive. Our beds have 'Heavenly Dreams' mattresses and we give you the warm feeling of being genuinely welcomed and liked. Please look out for our seasonal promotions. Taking a break can be fun and it with us it surely wont break the bank. We also offer FREE wine tours/tastings. Also enjoy a reflexology or hotstone massage at a special rate at the ‘Jini touch’ boutique spa locate in town.
Historic/Heritage Details: Our small town is steeped in history and culture with many historical sites & landmarks. Spend time and find out little known but fascinating facts of this beautiful village. We are also home to world class wines and of course the Shaw theatre.

Breakfast Provided: Full. Canadian,English,Asian-fusion, (this is the much talked about breakfast experience- guests are known to linger long after breakfast discussing the tastes & aromas of this unique experience. We also serve vegetarian. We aim to cater to your dietery needs. Please let us know in advance. In addition we have the HSS(Hear smart start) Breakfast. Our Breakfast is ranked as the very best by our guests.
Area and Landmark: Niagara-on-the-Lake, Cenotaph (Clock Tower).
Travel Time to Landmark: 11-20 minute walk, 3-5 minute drive.
Air Conditioned: Yes.
Adult Oriented: Young children welcome. We are adult oriented with the focus on rest and relaxation. However, we love kids and welcome families with children 12 and over. For kids under 12 please inquire. With respect to our other guests we ask that noise is kept to a minimum at bed time or when there are other guests around. Our mattresses and pillows come highly recommended. Even your extra bed is a full size double in its own alcove and TV. Guest rooms/dining/living areas are handicap friendly as they are on ground floor.
Smoking: No. Smoking is permitted only off pool terrace so long other guests do not mind. Please dispose of cigarettes ash etc in a responsible manner
Pet Policies: Pet(s) in Residence. Our small pet pooch 'Odie' is our welcoming mascot. He is well behaved. He does not go any where near guest rooms; even if you ask nicely. Don't forget to ask us about his family tree, like our town its fascinating, Sorry,no guests pets; however we can arrange for your pet to be boarded if you book in advance.
Wheelchair Accessibility: No.
Swimming Pool or Hot Tub: Swimming Pool. We have a residential solar heated in-ground pool; It may be used by our guests at their own discretion any time with hosts consent. All Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Booking Conditions
|
A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking. We accept cash, Visa or MC. We do not accept personal checques as payment. Our cancellation policy: There is no cancellation fee for cancellations received 14-8 days prior to the date of arrival We do charge a C$25 admin fee. Cancellations received 7-3 days prior to your arrival date will be charged at 50% of the accommodation charges for duration of stay. For cancellations 48 hours and shorter full charges will apply for the duration of reservation. If we re book the accommodations you will receive full refund on all room nights we resell/ book.
However the administrative fee of
C$ 25 will be charged automatically to your credit card. For No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the full rate for the booked period. If any of the cancelled nights are re sold we will gladly refund you your money.
Sorry, no charges will be refunded for early departures
In the season (May-October)we require a minimum 2 nights stay. Please call hosts to enquire about single night bookings. Room rates are subject to a 5% tax (GST). We thank you for understanding our policy. We will make every effort to make no chargres other than the ones outlined above.
For the comfort & hygienic reasons of all our guests we kindly ask guests to not wear outdoor shoes inside the home. For your comfort we provide soft sealed sanitized slippers for your use. in addition Bath robes are provided for the Mint leaf guests with private bath but no ensuite facilities.
