If you seek tranquility, peace of mind and hospitality then step right in. As you walk in, you are surrounded by a warm feeling of "home", we do it unobtrusively. Don't take our word for it. Taking a break can be fun and with us & it wont break the bank. In addition we offer FREE wine tours/tastings. Comp. bikes & BBQ use. Historic/Heritage Details: Our quaint town is steeped in history and culture with many historical sites & landmarks. Spend time and find out little known but fascinating facts of this beautiful village. We are also home to world class wines and of course the Shaw theatre.

Breakfast Provided: Full. We pride ourselves in serving the best Breakfast in town. We offer Canadian, English & Asian-fusion, (this is the most talked about breakfast experience. Even the un adventurous have been won over. Read about it on tripadvisor.) Guests linger long after breakfast discussing the tastes & aromas of this unique experience and seek out our recipes. (Please request this feature the evening before) And we cater to your dietary and special needs. All you need to do is inform us at time of booking and consider it done. In addition we have the HSS(Hear smart start) Breakfast. All preserves and pastries are made at home always.
Area and Landmark: Niagara-on-the-Lake, Cenotaph (Clock Tower).
Travel Time to Landmark: 11-20 minute walk, 3-5 minute drive.
Air Conditioned: Yes.
Adult Oriented: Young children welcome. We are adult oriented with the focus on R&R. However, we love kids and welcome families with children 12 and over. For kids under 12 please inquire. With respect to our other guests we ask that noise is kept to a minimum at bed time or when there are other guests around. Our mattresses and pillows come highly recommended. Even your extra bed is a full size double in its own alcove with a TV, not that bitty roll a way cot some refer to as an 'extra bed'
Guest rooms/dining/living areas are handicap friendly as they are on ground floor.
Smoking: No. Smoking is permitted only off pool terrace so long other guests do not mind. Please dispose of cigarettes ash etc in a responsible manner
Pet Policies: Pet(s) in Residence. Our small pet pooch 'Odie' is our welcoming mascot. He is well behaved. He does not go any where near guest rooms; even if you ask nicely. Don't forget to ask us about his genealogy, like our town it’s fascinating. We regret but no guest’s pets are allowed, however; we can arrange for your pet to be boarded if you book in advance.
Wheelchair Accessibility: No.
Swimming Pool or Hot Tub: Swimming Pool. We have a residential solar heated in-ground pool; you are welcome to use it at your own discretion any time with hosts consent. All Children must have adult supervision at all times. We urge you to respect these policies which are for everyone’s enjoyment and peace of mind.

Booking Conditions
|
A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking. We accept cash, Visa or MC. No personal checques are accepted as payment. Please read our cancellation policy: These policies are common to all B&Bs in the area. There is no cancellation fee for cancellations received 14-8 days prior to the date of arrival we do charge Cancellations received 7-3 days prior to your arrival date will be charged at 50% of the accommodation charges for duration of stay. For cancellations 48 hours and shorter full charges will apply for the full period. If we re-sell the accommodations a full refund on all room nights sold will be given. For No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of arrival we will charge the full rate for the booked period. Again, if we re-sell these room nights we will cheerfully refund any money due less any bank charges.
Sorry, no charges will be refunded for early departures. From May-October there is a 2 night minimu. Please call hosts to enquire about single night bookings. The only additional charge over the advertised rates is a 5% govt tax(GST). We thank you for understanding and respecting our policies
For the comfort & hygienic reasons of all our guests we kindly ask guests to not wear outdoor shoes inside the home and for your comfort we provide complimentary soft sealed sanitized slippers. We also provide complimentary 100% cotton bath robes for rooms with no ensuite facilities. Enjoy!
