Single night bookings From 1 May to 31 October are subject to a single night surcharge. Get away from the madding crowds - experience genuine hospitality & "I've been here before" feeling. Don't just take our word for it; check us out @ "Tripadvisor.com". Our beds are to "Dream on" and Breakfast to die for. Select rooms have a private fire place or His & Hers infinite controlled warm mattresses for those chilly nights. FREE wine tasting coupons. Bikes, BBQ and WiFi. New this summer is our brand new solar heated salt water pool. Please note we offer these in good faith and are not liable in anyway.

Breakfast Provided: Full. We pride ourselves in serving the best Breakfast in town. We offer full Canadian, English Vegetarian & The Hoppy's exclusive Asian-fusion. Any one who enjoys 'Exotic flavours' just love it.Read about it on tripadvisor. Long after breakfast guests sit around discussing the tastes & aromas of this unique experience.(Please request this feature the evening before) We also cater to your dietary and special needs. All you need to do is inform us at time of booking and consider it done. In addition we have the HSS(Heart smart start) Breakfast. All preserves and pastries are made at home always
Area and Landmark: Niagara-on-the-Lake, Cenotaph (Clock Tower).
Travel Time to Landmark: 11-20 minute walk, 3-5 minute drive.
Air Conditioned: Yes.
Adult Oriented: Young children welcome. Adult oriented with the focus on R&R. We welcome families with kids 12 and over.For younger ones please inquire. Families booking both rooms have no age restrictions. With respect to our other guests we ask that noise is kept to a minimum at bed time. The "Forget-me-not" Double Extra Bed easily sleeps two average size adults and is not an uncomfortable camp style bed. All Guest rooms/dining/living/ fire side library with laptop & TV/BBQ deck are handicap friendly and are on 1st floor.
Smoking: No. Smoking is permitted only off pool terrace so long other guests do not mind.Cigarettes etc to be disposed of responsibly.
Pet Policies: Pet(s) in Residence. Our mascot 'Odie' is a part of our welcoming committie. He is well behaved & does not go any where near guest rooms; even if you coax him. Do ask us about his genealogy, like our town it�s fascinating. No guest�s pets are allowed, however; with sufficient notice we can arrange for your pet to be boarded
Wheelchair Accessibility: No.
Swimming Pool or Hot Tub: Swimming Pool. Guests are welcome to use our brand new solar heated salt water pool. It maybe used at your own discretion while hosts are in. Children must have adult supervision at all times. This policy is is for everyone�s enjoyment and peace of mind.

Booking Conditions
|
A credit card # is required to confirm bookings. We accept cash, Visa or MC. No personal checques. Please read our cancellation policy: If we are able to resell you cancelled room nights any charges we made will be refunded with the exception to no shows or early departures. This applies to our general policy on cancellation below.
10-3: days prior to your arrival date:50% of booked period charged. 48 hours or less: Full room rate for the period. No-shows and cancellations under 24 hours of arrival:100% charges billed. Original Gift certificates have to be presented on arrival. and any change of dates is at our discretion. Gift Cards have no cash value. We do not make any refunded for early departures.
For single night mid-week bookings from June- October please call for availability- All year, week-ends and holidays are for a minimum of 2 nights, or at our discretion.
Prices are subject to local taxes. We thank you for understanding and respecting our policies
Purely for Hygienic and comfort off all other guests we kindly ask you to refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the home. We provide complimentary sealed "Silver care sanitized" slippers & complimentary cotton bath robes for guest use
We do not accept holds on rooms, please make online reservations or call for assistance. |

Check In/Out Conditions: We kindly ask our guest to inform us of scheduled arrival if it is outside our posted times, this is so we are home when you arrive. Should there be a change in arrival times please let us know to ensure your accommodations are held. Also, Kindly inform us ahead if you need an alternate arrival/departure time. We will do our best to accommodate you. |
