Williams Gate B&B offers ONE and TWO BEDROOMS PRIVATE SUITES, each containing a living room with fireplace, TV and VCR, eat-in kitchenette and private tub/shower bathroom All rooms have queen size beds. Each spacious suite is tastefully decorated and has a separate entrance, being perfect for friends and families traveling together. Full gourmet breakfast served ensuite, at guests' leisure, off street parking, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection are also offered. Guests can have their own private suite, completely undisturbed, if they are looking for "a home away from home".
We are conveniently located in Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, within 8-10 min walking distance to Downtown, Shaw Festival Theatres, Lake Ontario, restaurants, shops. A 20 min drive to Niagara Falls and a short drive to wineries.

Adult Oriented: Young children welcome. Even if our B&B has not any child-care and child oriented facilities, please inquire about children.
Smoking: No. Smoking permitted only outside the house.
Pet Policies: Pet Free. We are true pets’ lovers but because we are concerned about the other guests in house too, we cannot accept pets. We are sorry for any inconveniences.

Booking Conditions
|
In order to secure the reservation we will need the guest credit card information. No deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy:
Up till two weeks before the scheduled date of arrival to cancel the reservation without penalty.
Cancellation within the two weeks, but not less than 4 days before the scheduled date of arrival, half of the total rate is due.
Cancellation is made within 4 days of the scheduled date of arrival, the total rate is due, unless the suites can be re-booked.
Two nights minimum stay required in high season weekends and holidays.
Off season rates available November 1st to April 30th.
Off season, reserve 2 nights, get the 3rd free.
All season, reserve 6 nights, get the 7th free.
5% GST will apply on top of the nightly rates.
Rates are quoted per suite(up to 4 people for the Main Floor Suite) and per suite(2 people for the Second Floor Suite, suite can accommodate up to 4 people, additional $25 for the 3rd and 4th person, only for the Second Floor Suite)
