Amitha & Terence ( Hoppys B&B) are privileged to welcome you to Nelles. And from January 2012 you are welcome to stay at "The Willow" on Shakespeare. 5 minutes from the clock tower. Both these properties are personally operated by us.
This sunny 1940's bungalow is located in a quiet oasis and a stroll to the centre of town.
It is complete with all the mod-cons you expect.
Nelles has 2 fully furnished bedrooms with fans, clock radios and dressers. 2 baths . Elect Fireplaces, TVs DVDs etc. The ideal "Get-A-Way" for your R&R or a family bonding. Take in the town, Play tennis or swim. Everything is just a short stroll from your front porch or through the your fenced Secret Garden. 2-3 blocks to the Theatres, shops & restaurants on Queen Street. Biking, walking & jogging trails are all yours.
Bedrooms: "Queen Nelles" Sunny, airy,spacious & with a Queen 4 poster bed, sitting area and glass doors onto a small deck and your private garden. "Little Nelles" the second room with Queen bed is adjoining the great room.
Nelles Cottage sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms For additional 5th person. please call. there is an additional charge of $40 each per night) A finished family room with a Kwai key board, boardgames and small TV/DVD- ideal for a quiet late night read or board games. .
Furnished and provided with high thread linen, comforters, blankets, heated mattresses, towels, and toiletries. There is central heat, A/C & ceiling fans and Electric fireplaces. Radio/CD player, laundry and a well equipped kitchen complete the home.
Rates:Apr1 - Oct 31 $ 240 per night/ Weekly $1400+tax
Nov 1-Mar 31 $175 per night/ weekly $ 1000+tax
Holidays and long weekends rates are higher

Booking Conditions
|
Credit card is required to confirm your reservation. There is a 3 night minimum in summer and 2 night minimum in Winter. 7 day bookings get a special weekly price. HST tax will be added. Your credit card will be charged 1 month prior to arrival date for advance bookings. and bookings made 30 days ahead or less, will be billed immediately.
At our discretion a 20% deposit will be charged at time of confirmation. We will notify you when your card is charged. All cancellations/ changes accepted only via a phone call. please call(905 468 3922) and speak to the host for changes to take effect.
A standard administration fee of $25.00 will be charged for all cancellations for any reason.
There is no additional cancellation fee for rooms cancelled more than 7 days in advance.
However, if you have to cancel within the 7 day period, a one night stay cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card if we are unable to rebook the room for the dates reserved. |

Check In/Out Conditions: Access is via private key lock This will be provided at check in. For your own convenience and peace of mind a mobile phone number is required should you run into a problem. Any other requests may be prearranged with us depending on conditions at the time.

Promotions:We try to address all our guests concerns as far as possible. With this in mind we ask you to kindly observe our house rules. Many of our guests have serious allergy issues with pollen, dust and weeds and also for hygienic reasons we urged all our guests to not wear outdoor shoes indoors at all times or walk bare foot on the grass and inadvertently bring in these natural contaminants. Laundry facilities provided, Please bring own detergent due to allergy concerns. There is a convenient and reasonably priced pickup and drop off service available for laundry if longer stay guests need this service. |
