Welcome to The General's Retreat Cottage located in the heart of Niagara on the Lake.
At the General's Retreat start your vacation on a relaxing note. The sunny veranda -- which also serves as the main entrance to the cottage -- is outfitted in natural wicker furnishings and offers a view of Victoria Street. Soft jazz plays gently in the background as you enter the cottage.
The cozy living room has pine furnishings and green leather recliners. The fireplace creates a warm and inviting setting for you and your party to sit, relax and enjoy one another's company. We offer a television, VCR, DVD, as well as select videos, board games and reading material for your enjoyment.
The galley kitchen is fully equipped with untensils and four appliances. The dining room, which seats eight, is adorned with nautical antiques, a pine hutch and table. A dry bar is also available for guest use.
The cottage offers two bedrooms -- a queen and a double -- both decorated in warm, peaceful colours. All linens are supplied, and a single cot is available on request at no extra charge. The four piece bathroom is shared.
The General's Retreat cottage in Niagara on the Lake is the perfect place for a getaway with family and friends.
Located just minutes from Queen Street, the cottage is a short distance to the local shops and restaurants in historic Niagara on the Lake.

Booking Conditions

| We ask that a deposit of $250.00 be sent at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel within 7 days, you will forfeit this deposit , unless otherwise arranged. Should you need to cancel prior to 7 days, your deposit will be refunded. We prefer a minimum of 2 night stays, but can be flexible with one night stays with last minute bookings. You pay no additional taxes. |
