Three Forty Gate sits within the heart of the heritage district of Niagara-on-the-Lake, often described as the prettiest town in Canada. Two blocks away is Queen Street, home to the theatres of the Shaw Festival, shopping boutiques and a myriad of dining options.
We offer three luxurious rooms, all with ensuite baths and private garden views, along with a gourmet hot breakfast. Featuring wireless Internet access, iPod docks, Starbucks coffee and knowledgeable local hosts, including our friendly Labrador Retriever.

Breakfast Provided: Full. The culinary experience is an integral part of any visit to Niagara. We are fortunate to live in an area with a distinctive regional cuisine and to have local farmers and food purveyors that provide us with everything from prosciutto to fresh fruit.
Your day begins with the complimentary coffee service that is offered from 7:30 a.m. along with daily newspapers just outside your room.
At 9 a.m., join us in the dining room for our full service hot breakfast. We proudly serve baked goods from local celebrity pastry chef Catherine O’Donnell’s Willow Cakes and Pastries, Starbucks coffee, Tazo teas and homemade hot entrees.

Booking Conditions

* All rates are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes (5% GST).
* Rates are based on double occupancy. In-room cots may be available for a minimal extra fee.
* Weekend bookings require a two night minimum stay including a Saturday night.
* A one night deposit is taken at time of booking. All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within the 7 day period will forfeit your deposit. A cancellation within 72 hours of your stay will result in the full amount of the stay being charged to your credit card.
