From Toronto - Follow QEW exit 38B Hwy 55, follow the signs for Niagara-on-the-Lake. Follow Hwy 55 (Niagara Stone Road) for approx. 13 km (8 miles). On entering the Historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, just past Jackson Trigg's Winery, Hwy 55 becomes Mississauga Street. Turn right on John Street pass the Pillar & Post then turn right on Charlotte Street then left on The Promenade to the Heritage Trail Cottage at #6. From the USA - Enter Canada at the Lewiston Bridge onto Hwy 405. After about 2 miles take Stanley Road exit. Follow the signs to Niagara-on-the-Lake along Portage Road to the traffic circle and along the Niagara Parkway. Just past the Riverbend Inn turn left on John Street go past Peller Estate Winery turn left on Charlotte Street then left on The Promenade to the Heritage Trail Cottage at #6.
