HIGH SEASON (May 1st-October 31st, 2012)
$220 per night
Weekly $1200
2 night minimum bookings required.
3 night minimum booking between June 15th and Sept. 15th
LOW SEASON (Nov 1st to Apr 30th, 2012)
$155 per night
Weekly $990
2 night minimum bookings required.
MasterCard or Visa required to reserve. Full payment due one month in advance. For any cancellations 72 hrs ahead or less prior to date of arrival or failure to show, will be charged in full. If we re sell any of the booked nights, a refund of the value of the resold room nights will be refunded less $25 processing charges.
CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICY. By confirming your booking it means you have read and accepted these conditions. If you have any questions phone us. cancellations or changes are only accepted by phone. no e mails are acceptable.
Please Read Policy: We take no deposit at time of booking, however your stay is charged a month in advance of your arrival or immediately for bookings made for less than 30 days ahead.
A credit card # is required to confirm bookings. We accept cash, Visa or MC. Our cancellation policy:
Our Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted only on the phone. A standard administration fee of $25.00 will be charged for all cancellations for any reason.
There is no additional cancellation fee for rooms cancelled more than 7 days in advance.
However, if you cancel within the 7 day period, of arrival date a one night stay cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card if we are unable to rebook the room for the dates reserved.
Full charges will be made on all no shows, early departures and cancellations of (12 noon) 48 hours or less notice.
Our cottages are in a residential area, and we have to respect our neighbours rights to quiet living. Please respect and try to avoid excessive noise after 10pm, and if you have pets, they have to be leashed to avoid soiling the neighbourhood.
your autos have to abide by parking regulations and all vehicles must be parked on drive. If you ride a motorbike, Please avoid revving the engines late at night or before 9 am |

Promotions:Children and pets are welcome. Guest pets (dogs 35 lbs under) please do check before booking for details. There is an additional charge of $100 per week or $20 per day for shorter stays. To minimize the exposure to allergies and outside contaminants the house is non-smoking, we also request guests to not wear outdoor shoes in the house. This will reduce the tracking of dirt, pollen and various out door contaminants a great deal, thus making all our guests feel more comfortable and welcome. We provide sanitized slippers for your indoor use. |
