302 Nassau Street Bed and Breakfast is a newer home with traditional ambience and furnishings in quiet, restful surroundings.
The yellow, queen-sized suite with full private bathroom (ensuite) is gracious and large with lots of cupboard and drawer space. The red, queen-sized room also has lots of cupboard space and drawers and the full, private, adjoining bathroom has a shower. Newspapers and magazines are available. Service amenities and a hair dryer are supplied. The comfortable living room is at your disposal during your stay. 302 Nassau is an air conditioned facility, non-smoking inside, and is an adult-oriented bed and breakfast home. Inside and outside amenity areas are available for guests.
Breakfast options range from lighter fare for people on the go, to more traditional items for those who wish to linger. Breakfast is usually served at 8:30 am in the dining room or, in good weather, on the spacious deck under the market umbrellas overlooking lawns, flowerbeds, with the calming sound of water flowing in the pond and the fountain.
302 Nassau is located within walking distance (seven blocks) of the main shopping district and the three theatres where the Shaw Festival performances are given.

The tariff is $140.00 per night for the yellow room and $125.00 (Canadian dollars) for the red room, plus GST tax of seven per cent. This is for one or two people and includes a three course breakfast. When you make a reservation, a deposit of $50 per room, per night is required and final payment can be made by credit card or cash at the time of your visit. Mastercard and VISA are accepted.
There is a two night minimum stay on weekends during July, August, and September.
302 Nassau Street is also a member of both the Niagara-on-the-Lake Bed and Breakfast Association and the Chamber of Commerce.

Booking Conditions
|
After availability is determined, and a booking is made, a letter of confirmation will be sent to the guest. A deposit of $50 per room per night is required at the time of booking and is usually charged to a credit card account.
There is a seven-day cancellation policy: if a guest cancels prior to seven days before the booking, a full refund is made. During July, August, and September, there is normally a two-night minimum stay on weekends.
The yellow suite, with private ensuite bathroom is $140 per night, plus GST, and the red suite, with private adjoining bathroom, is $125 per night. |
