WELCOME TO ANDREW CARROLL HOUSE
We would like you to experience our bright, airy,
spacious guestrooms which are decorated with simplicity to create a calming, restful atmosphere
We are in a quiet part of
Town but still close to theatres, shops restaurants
and golf. Walking distance to the main street is
10 to 12 minutes. Driving time about 2 or 3 minutes.
Our two queen rooms on the 1st floor, have a private entrance. Both have luxurious pillowtop
mattresses, quality linens, clock radio, TV, high
speed internet access, comfortable chairs, private
ensuite bathrooms, hairdryer. A kitchenette with
bistro tables, sinks. and fridges. To make your
stay even more comfortable, each room has it's
own private deck with umbrella & table.
Our king/twin on the second floor, has a large
bedroom with luxurious pillowtop mattress, quality
linens, TV, private bathroom, hairdryer. There is
also a separate sitting room (for your use only) with comfortable furniture,coffeepot, bar fridge,high
speed internet access. This is a very comfortable
arrangement with complete privacy.
To top it off we have a 40 ft. pool in our flower filled garden.
Rates for single night on weekends $10.00 extra

Booking Conditions
|
A visa card or master card is required to guarantee your reservation. A 50% deposit may be charged. If you have to cancel, please notify within 7 days prior to arrival date. We will make every effort to re-book the room. However, if we are unable to do so, or you fail to show for the reservation, we will apply total payment to the credit card. A $25.00 administration fee will be charged regardless of reason or time of cancellation.
All rates are subject to applicable taxes. |
