You might also enjoy watching the birds which come to the feeders in the garden. Courtland House has a garden list of 115 species of birds seen. As you might guess, your host is an avid birder!

Breakfast Provided: Full. Savour a gourmet breakfast featuring freshly-brewed coffee and tea, seasonal fruit, delicious home-made muffins and a hot entree - all served in the friendly dining room. Many guests say that breakfast is the highlight of their stay.

Pet Policies: Pet(s) in Residence. Host cat Ruffles. She doesn't go into the guest rooms and is an indoor cat, so she does her bird-watching from inside.
She is also now a working cat - a visiting cat at one of the local nursing homes.

Booking Conditions
|
A deposit of $40 per room is payable upon reservation. If you cancel more than one week prior to the date of your expected arrival, your deposit will be refunded (less a $20 administration charge). Cancellations less than two days prior to expected arrival will be subject to full payment.
There is 2-night minimum stay for holiday weekends from May through October. A premium of $10 for a single Saturday night booking will apply from June 1 to September 30. |
